Sioux Falls Pastors Pt. 1
What happens when pastors stop competing and start working together? In this episode of Life Between Sundays, I sit down with Tim Selbo (Gloria Dei), Phill Tague (Ransom Church), and Noah Rollins (Celebrate Church), three pastors here in Sioux Falls, for an honest conversation about the highs, lows, and challenges of ministry.
We talk about church competition, the struggle with comparison and ego, the importance of unity, and what it looks like to build God's kingdom instead of our own. Whether you're a pastor, considering ministry, or simply part of a church, I hope this conversation encourages you to love your church, celebrate what God is doing in others, and remember that we're all on the same team.
