Church Guest Experience Audit

I will personally evaluate your church from the perspective of someone walking in for the very first time, both in person and online!

This includes your:

  • Worship service (viewed online)

  • Physical environment — from your parking lot to sanctuary

  • Website first impression

You will receive a clear, practical report highlighting what you’re doing well and where improvements could be made to have the biggest impact.

Not theory. Not generic advice. Real observations from someone who has spent decades leading and growing churches!

What this is.

  • Your worship service, church environments and website are often the deciding factor in whether a guest comes to your church or returns. 

    Before people ever hear the message, they experience - Your website. Your signage. Your parking lot. Your lobby. Your kids' environment. Your hospitality. Your online presence.

    These elements don’t replace the Gospel. But they can often unfortunately and unintentionally keep people from hearing it! 

    If you want to reach people for Jesus, we have to pay attention to the experience they encounter when they show up!

  • You will receive a 3-page pdf report that includes:

    ✔ What your church is doing well
    ✔ Areas that may be unintentionally limiting growth
    ✔ Specific, practical improvements you can implement right away
    ✔ Observations through the lens of a first-time guest

    My goal is not to criticize. It’s to help you create a more welcoming, effective environment for people to meet and be changed byJesus.

  • To complete the audit, you will submit:

    • A link to a previous full weekend service (start to finish)

    • A high-quality video (using your phone) walking from your outdoor signage/parking lot entrance through your entryway into the sanctuary, walking all the way up to where you preach

    • A link to your church website

  • Your report will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after all materials have been received.

    One campus / one service per audit.
